qSOFA uses 3 criteria by assigning one point to altered mental status (Glasgow Coma Scale/GCS <15), high respiratory rate (≥22 breaths per minute), or low blood pressure (systolic blood pressure ≤100 mmHg)
1. Altered mental status (GCS < 15)
2. Respiratory rate (≥22 breaths per minute)
3. Systolic blood pressure (≤100 mmHg)
